Scholarships are given out at the discretion of the CFTF Director and faculty. There are only a limited number of scholarships, As much as we would love to give a scholarship to everyone, we cannot guarantee that filling out the application will automatically award a scholarship. Scholarships awarded from this application are only valid for the 2026 Central Florida Tap Festival Registration and cannot be rolled over to next year's festival. All limitations and exclusions listed on the scholarship certificates apply, regardless of how the scholarship is awarded. Scholarships are awarded on both merit and financial need-based applications. CFTF will look over and consider all applications with the same amount of analysis and make decisions based on both financial need and merit, similar to universities, colleges, or literally any other dance convention ever.
